About Me

I am a certified mediator helping parties resolve conflicts and disagreements.  I have facilitated over a hundred mediations helping individuals and families work through credit / lender issues, family conflicts, estate decisions, business dilemnas, and relationship impasses. I have facilitated over 30 groups with strategic planning, working through transitions, and reaching complicated decisions. I grew up on diversified dairy farm in Harvey County. I graduated from Bethel College and Baker University. I have taught school,  designed and implement educational projects, conserved land, and directed a nonprofit organization. I enjoy gardening, food, movies, music, photography, and hiking. I find meaning in helping people move forward to a better place.
